Ufficialmente lo vedo attivo, ma per controllare se ci sono agg., devo andare su quel sito che vi ho postato prima con la lista degli agg. (che, tra l'altro, si apriva con java...ora che l'ho cancellato, non mi farà piu' accedere).

Ok gente, qui sta continuando a fare gli agg. Una sola domanda: ho provato ad inserire l'ipod nel pc per ricaricarlo ma vedevo che si accendeva a stento. poi sull'ipod è apparsa la scritta che con questo pc non riusciva a ricaricarsi. Credo dipenda dalla porta USB. Secondo voi, con gli aggiornamenti, questa cosa migliorerà o comunque la porta usb rimarrà sempre la stessa?

Fine degli aggiornamenti...per ora non me ne da piu' (a parte essencials).

Su risorse del computer, mi da windows xp professional, versione 2002, service pack 3 , registrato a (non c'è il nome).
Ulteriore domanda: ora che antivirus devo installare?

Log scansione con Hitmanpro. Pur dopo gli aggiornamenti, non riesco ancora ad installare avira. Tra l'altro avevo anche scaricato Comodo, non so se serve...ma si vedrà domani.

ora che antivirus devo installare?

Io proverei proprio Microsoft essential attraverso windows update.
Se fallisce anche questo non saprei proprio che spirito malefico hai in quel computer.

Se ne usciamo fuori dal discorso antivirus, dovrai poi fare un aggiornamento di java, flash player, adobe reader (se lo usi) e magari net framework se non è stato scaricato durante windows update.

puoi installarti anche comodo se riesci,solo io non installerei Microsoft security essentials,perché se il tuo windows non fosse originale (questo non si sa di preciso) microsoft non te lo fa installare

metti la spunta su tutte le voci,come vedi nell'immagine sotto
e clicca su Ricerca Errori

a fine scansione
clicca su Ripara Errori
e attendi la fine dell'operazione
