Modifica registro windows 7

Ciao a tutti!
Volevo sapere se era possibile ripristinare l'icona di un file allo stato originale dopo averlo aperto con l'applicazione sbagliata, magari andando a impostare qualche modifica nel registro di sistema di windows.

Semplicemente tasto destro sull'icona, apri con, e scegli il programma giusto.

Si ok questo lo sapevo anch'io! ma nel caso specifico di una dll una volta aperta con blocco note è possibile riportare l'icona allo stato originale e cancellare l'applicazione sbagliata con cui la si è aperta? Grazie

Prova a seguire questa procedura.

The steps I have taken are as follows:
1) Click on the start menu and type in "regedit" for Windows Vista or 7 users, XP users should click on start and then on run and type in "regedit". WITHOUT THE SPEECH MARKS.
Locate .dll folder by doing the following...
2) Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3) Then on Software
4) Then on Microsoft
5) Then on Windows
6) Then on CurrentVersion
7) Then on Explorer
8) Then on FileExts
9) Then on .dll
10) Then delete everything under the "Default" key in the OpenWithList folder.
11) Delete the entire UserChoice folder.
12) Either: Restart your computer and finish, or follow the next steps.
13) Close the Registry Editor
14) Holt CTRL and SHIFT and ESC on your keyboard and click on the "Processes Tab" in the Windows Task Manager
15) Find "explorer.exe" and end the process
16) Press on "File" and then "New Task (Run...)"
17) Type in "C:\Windows\explorer.exe" into the search box and press Enter
18) Close Windows Task Manager and you're done!
