log di HiJackThis dopo un fix, parere

ciao a tutti, è il mio primo post sul forum
ho da pochissimo comprato un nuovo pc (s.o. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) ogni tanto mi si aprivano pagine pubblicitarie mentre navigavo

l'antivirus (AVG 2012 free) non mi ha mai trovato niente (ora ho messo AVIRA, sempre free edition)
ho usato CCleaner e anche Spybot Search and Destroy che mi hanno corretto alcuni errori

poi ho usato Malwarebytes che mi ha trovato ed eliminato 2 file ''PUP.ToolbarDownloader?' e Kaspersky TDSS Killer che non ha trovato niente

ho fixato queste voci (che ho visto in rete consigliavano di fixarle) ma lo suggeriva pure il sito HiJack ...solo che non le ho fixate in modalità provvisoria ma in modalità normale, spero non aver fatto un errore...

ho fatto tutto, mi hanno anche consigliato di lanciare combofix, prima di lanciarlo però mi han detto di disattivare la protezione di sistema
...solo che così facendo mi ha eliminato tutti i punti di rispristino fatti ad ora (ma non è rischioso? che ne pensi?) infatti dopo che l'ho lanciato e dopo che mi ha riavviato il pc ho dovuto riavviare ancora perché non mi permetteva di aprire alcun file

ora che ho finito ho cliccato su ''ripristina le impostazioni di sistema e versioni precedenti dei file'' ...spero sia andato tutto bene

ho disinstallato pure il programma PowerOffer 2.0 e cancellato le cartelle come indicato dalla guida che mi hai linkato

ora mi rimane questa cartella che però credo non c'entri niente
