Salve a tutti e soprattutto Buone Feste. ho un problema con il pc di mio figlio. ho installato windows 7 ma ho paura che non sia compatibile. mi vengono dei blue screen che dopo magari se qualcuno può darmi una mano posterò. la mia domanda attuale è questa: sul sito di HP mi sembra di aver capito che loro non supportano gli aggiornamenti driver necessaria windows 7 per questa macchina, ciò significa che non è possibile installarlo oppure semplicemente che sia possibile installarlo cercando dei driver in altra maniera?

Puoi provare sui siti dei produttori delle singole componenti, se trovi qualcosa di aggiornato, ma il pc è molto vecchio ed è forse difficile trovare tutto quello che ti serve.

Se almeno in modalità provvisoria riesci a partire prova ad installare gli ultimi driver per la tua scheda video e le directx più aggiornate.

scusa crazy, si in modalità provvisoria riesco a partire, ma dove trovo i driver della scheda video? su hp? e poi in che cartella li devo installare? stessa domanda per le directx.

Dovrebbe essere una ati, la cerchi sul sito di ati/amd http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx anche se c'è il rischio che ti rimandino proprio al sito di hp.

e poi in che cartella li devo installare?

Sono dei setup da lanciare, si arrangiano loro a installare non devi scegliere ninte.

NB. Se hai solo il tuo computer a disposizione,devi riavviare si,in modalità provvisoria ;ma in modalità provvisoria con rete ,altrimenti non puoi scaricare un bel niente [;)]
