non riesco più a installare l'antivirus

Per GMER quando si avvia poco dopo schermata nera,devo spegnere il pc và in crash,ho scaricato Cleanup.exe ha lavorato a seguito ho reinstallato Avira ma nulla.Ho eseguito Dial-a-fix come indicato,poi ho generato il log clik su GO

ho scaricato Cleanup.exe ha lavorato ma niente...

Dopo la procedura di Dial-a-fix hai riavviato il computer e provato a vedere se windows installer funziona correttamente?
Se non hai provato così prova e facci sapere, poi comunque vada aggiorna al sp3 scarica l'aggiornamento da quì:

Scarichi il pacchetto e lo installi tramite la procedura guidata.

Questa è l'iso dell'aggiornamento, immagino vada masterizzata ed installata da cd come quando installi xp. Se così fosse non può venir bloccata dalle minacce presenti o dalle chiavi di registro e aggiornando potrebbe aggiustare le chiavi corrotte, prova, speriamo bene. Per masterizzarla su disco usa Imgburn:

Ciao ho seguito quanto detto prima,l'aggiornamento l ho scaricato e mast in file image,ma riavviando il pc da boot con cd non ho riscolto ancora,..ah con imgburne molto meglio...comunque sono ancora a capo a metà installazione esce lo stesso errore...non vorrei essere costretto a formatt HD a stò punto...reinstallare d'accapo XP.,sta volta la vedo dura..!!!

Potresti formattare oppure ora visto che sai come masterizzare i dischi potresti fare un bel boot cd con gdata e uno con kaspersky e fare un'ultima scansione, se anche così fallisce ma devi formattare. O fare un bel

Ciao ragazzi,in questi giorni non ho avuto più tempo a disp. ma ho deciso di reistallare il S.O e formattare tutto,nel frattempo rigrazio tutti voi per l'immensa disponibilità nel cercare nuove soluzioni al mio problema e per aver imparato a conoscere meglio l'ambiente della rimozione malware... Vi aggiorno se più avanti riscontro nuovi problemi e quindi riaprire una nuova discussione ok.,oppure se tutto è andato a buon fine e il pc funziona perfettamente...a presto..!!!

Ciao a tutti,ci tenevo ad aggiornarvi sulla situazione del mio pc.
Per il mio problema riguardo all'installazione di antivirus ho scelto di formattare HD e reintallare il sistema operativo,il mio pc ora và perfettamente e ho installato Avast versione free continuerò a visitare comunque il sito perché ricco di informazioni e argomenti interessanti,a presto...!!
