Ho dovuto separarlo perché tutto in un log non mi faceva caricare la pagina...ah ma per quei 4 file danneggiati che ha trovato Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware come faccio ad eliminarli?

Non sono i file, ma i riferimenti nel registro di sistema. Dopo aver rifatta la scansione con Malwarebytes ti dovrebbe anche apparire la voce per rimuovere i valori infetti.

Combofix ha rimosso qualcosina, ma stranamente del file che dici tu ha rimosso solo il riferimento nel registro, cioè il valore che eseguiva questo file ad ogni avvio:

Apparentemente si, e se non riscontri alcun problema, puoi anche disinstallare ora il Combofix.

Il comando combofix /u dovrebbe rimuovere anche questi Comunque si, ora non servano più.
