Ho notato un "Using password: YES" nel messaggio di errore (ma da dove ti è uscito quell'errore? Dall'installer di MySQL?), mi pare strano visto che nella guida che ho scritto non ho specificato di inserire una password (l'ho specificato, però facoltativamente). L'hai impostata tu?
EDIT: A quel messaggio di errore prova a fare Skip e a riconfigurare il server.

Allora sono riuscito a far comparire nel info.php l'mysqli (faccio riferimento alla guida)...
per MySQL non ho cambiato niente, ho tolto la spunta dal cambia password, ed è andato ...
ora, però se apro il mysqli.php mi compare:

Connessione non riuscita: Host 'PC-Vista' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL servern

Allora, le cose si complicano un po'...
Dunque dunque, a quanto pare si sono combinati casini con i permessi di MySQL, prova a riconfigurare il server MySQL: Vai in Start, tutti i programmi e trova MySQL Server 5.0 (o qualcosa del genere, è da molto che non uso Windows) e ci dovrebbe essere l'utility per riconfigurare il server. Riconfiguralo (mi raccomando non impostare la password, per adesso non ti serve!) e riprova un po'.

Ultima cosa
per non perdere tutto il lavoro già fatto con joomla come modifico le impostazioni(così non trova il server) ?

Non conosco bene Joomla, ma cerca un file che si chiama config.php, config.inc.php, configuration.php o qualcosa del genere. Lì dentro ci sono i dati di connessione al database. Modificali così:

Scusate sto provando ad installare MyphpAdmin (con l'ausilio di questa guida http://www.informarts.org/forum/install ... t-293.html )
seguo, come indicato il punto 3, ma quando provo ad avviarlo mi viene una schermata "acesso negato"...
cosa devo mettere in questi due punti :

In "NOME_UTENTE_DATABASE" devi inserire root, invece in "PASSWORD_DATABASE" non devi mettere niente. Così:

Ricordati sempre che l'user per il database è root, la password non c'è.

Fatto ... ma ho sempre accesso negato
( non so se centra ma quando ho installato apache ho nominare il "servername" ,invece di localhost, in 192.168.50.1 ... così tutte le volte devo digitare 192.168.50.1/phoMyAdmin (esempio xD))...

Ciao, postami il file di configurazione intero di phpMyAdmin.
Riguardo al localhost, puoi modificare le opzioni dal file httpd.conf che si trova nella cartella config di Apache.

Dimenticavo, accesso negato è l'errore generico, posta l'errore preciso che ti da.
