consiglio su sicurezza di un file

ciao a tutti, ho dei file nel computer di cui ignoravo la loro pericolosità, alcuni sono noti come instant memory cleaner, tightvnc, ed altro file di cui non cito il nome, secondo voi la scansione effettuata con a-squared è attendibile?
ho fatto anche scansione online con virus total ed altri ecco il risultato

Direi che il file è quantomeno abbastanza sospetto anche se i principali antivirus non lo rilevano.
Butta via tutto.
