Impossibile installare qualsiasi antivirus

Ciao a tutti!! sono un nuovo utente e come molti ho quasto problema con gli antivirus..

Dopo aver provato lo scan via Internet con "Panda" e l'eliminazione di alcuni file con Avenger, inultilmente, sono qui a chiedere aiuto! Ecco cosa ottengo con Gmer:

scusa il disturbo via pm allora..
La situazione è sempre quella, i vari programmi che mi hai precedentemente consigliato non riesco ad installarli e quindi a usarli, e se provo ad entrare in risorse del computer per cancellare quel file mi resta schermo bianco fino a quando non resetto di forza il computer..

Ho provato ad usare AVG antispyware, che ero riuscito ad installare, ma non appena ho riavviato il pc tutto è tornato come prima, tutto bloccato! Niente, lasciate stare, mi resta solo la formattazione!! Grazie a tutti per l'aiuto e la disponibilità!! ciao

Ho ultimato la formattazione, finalmente riesco a vedere ancora il desktop, non andava più nemeno quello! ora però mi restano da sistemare ancora delle cosette:
- pulire l'hard disk esterno dai virus
- installare la scheda audio perché in automatico non la rileva
- far riconoscere le porte usb2.0 al pc dato che le ricobosce come 1.0

Qualcuno mi sa consigliare? grazie infinite..

Bisognerebbe sapere quali e quanti sono.
Fallo scansionare online sul sito della kaspersky e vedi cosa c'è dentro.

Scarica everest home edition o siw, leggi di quali modelli di schede stiamo parlando e si cercano i driver adatti.
Se non risolvi apri una discussione nella sezione hardware segnalando i modelli precisi delle schede.
