Modifica di GNU GRUB

ciao a tutti,
mi sapete dire come posso modificare il GNU GRUB per rendere Windows XP il sistema operativo predefinito (non perdendo il linux)???
Ho installato linux ubuntu 6.06 e quando avvio il pc attende appena 10 secondi per partire il sistema operativo linux. Vorrei almeno modificare il tempo di attesa prima che quest'ultimo si avvii. Da premettere che ho un hard-disk da 250GB, di cui (in ordine) circa 100GB in NTFS per Windows, 2GB Swap linux, 20GB in EXT3 linux e circa 116GB in NTFS per i dati.
La schermata principale all'avvio è quasta:

Se seleziono la chiamata "Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.15-23-386" e premo il tasto "e" per modificarlo, mi compare questo:

In definitivo cosa devo e come devo modificare GNU GRUB affinchè o mi si avvii Windows XP come sistema predefinito (sempre non perdendo il linux) o che almeno il linux si avvii con un po più di ritardo???
