impossibile visualizzare contenuto cartelle

non so cosa possa essere successo al mio pc, ma oggi quando l'ho acceso mi era sparita la foto sul desktop, word ed excel, tutte le cartelle presenti in documenti sono apparentemente vuote, non riesco a visualizzare i file di word ed excel che avevo salvato in più mi sono sparite tutte le foto ed alcune canzone che avevo. Ho provato ad andare nelle proprietà delle cartelle e sembrerebbe che siano piene ma non vedo i file. ho rinstallato word ed excel ma non è cambiato niente.
Ho pensato che fosse folpa di un virus, ho fatto la scansione tramite pandasoftware w mi ha trovato 21 virus, mi ha disifettato tutto ma il problema rimane. Come posso fare per non perdere tutti i miei dati e le mie foto archiviate?
Aiutatemi, se torna mio fratello e non trova più le sue ricerche botaniche mi ammazza!!!!!

1) Prova ad accedere dalla modalità provvisoria, premi F8 all'avvio ed entra così e vedi se ricompaiono.
2) creati un altro utente amministratore ed entra con quello.
3) che windows hai?
4) nelle proprietà delle cartelle è abilitata la visione dei file nascosti?

sul pc ho office 2002, per quanto riguarda le proprietà delle cartelle la voce "mostra file nascosti" era già impostata. proverò ad aprirlo in mod provvisoria per vedere se mi mostra i file spariti. Deve essere stata colpa di un virus arrivato via mail, anzi 2, uno non ricordo il nome, l'altro era voodoo. Navigando ho scoperto essere un virus che colpisce la memoria. Speriamo bene.
Vi faccio sapere come si evolverà la situazione.

niente da fare anche in modalità provvisorio i file fantasma non ci sono!
Qualche altro suggerimento?
entro domani devo travare una soluzione se no mio fratello fa fare a me una brutta fine!!!!

...non ditemi che ormai la memoria è irrecuperabile!!!!!!...

1) Fare uno scandisk

2) Accedere al pc con questo floppy e vedere se trovi i files nelle cartelle

Vista l'alta quantità di virus fai una scansione seria con questo sistema

Visto anche la presenza di vari adware usa poi anche questo

lo installi, lo aggiorni e fai la scansione.

Ma avete un antivirus e un firewall sul quel pc?
E' passato di tutto su quel povero pc.
