splitcam non si riesce ad installare

Ciao a tutti
non riesco ad installare su un pc appena formattato sitema operativo xp il software SPLITCAM
alla fine dell'installazione mi compare questa finestra:
error installing driver for the virtual restart your computer and try running the application again. if the problem persists contact the software developer
Sapreste indicarmi da cosa dipende?
