browser che fastidio

Ciao a tutti...
Problema con Xp pro, avviando un qualsiasi browser tipo ie 6.0 o net scape il processo del programma porta la cpu a lavorare al 100% conseguenza pc bloccato impossibile navigare.


Questo dopo l'eliminazione di un file rilevato dall'antivirus come virus...
mobsync.exe

se non ricordo male...

datemi delle info il pc in questione è il pc del lavoro... vorrei risolvere prima possibile

Qui direi che c'è qualcosa che non va, è meglio se controlli su un altro pc in rete come sono configurati

messe a posto impostazioni rete e proxy
lanciato Lpspfix ha eliminato un file

eliminato ...ITA.exe

la dll per ora non la tocco.

Il browser ora funziona, ma ogni 30/40 minuti si attiva il processo mobsync.exe che cerca di effettuare la sincronizzazione delle pagine web.

non si può eliminare questo processo definitivamente?
