problema possibile virus..

ciao ho un po di problemi al pc..non funziona il ripristino di sistema,praticamente la pagina rimane bianca..
spesso mi viene fuori un avviso di antivir che mi dice di un trojan swizzor.gen che allora dico di cancellare..
comunque non cambia niente il ripristino non funziona..

Scarica ComboFix , salvandolo sul desktop con un nome di fantasia, ed esegui la scansione seguendo queste istruzioni (giù in fondo). Al termine della scansione verrà creato il file di report C:\combofix.txt, copia qui il suo contenuto inserendolo tra i tag LOG, in questo modo:

allora ho disintallato explorer 7 e è ritornato il ripristino..poi allora ho messo l'8 e adesso funziona..
un altra cosa che mi da problemi è questa..ho installato un programma di poker che funziona normelmente però quando spengo il pc e poi lo riaccendo le icone di lancio del programma non ci sono piu,ne sul desktop ne sul menu d'avvio ne sulla cartella d'installazione,quindi non posso far partire il programma l'unico modo è reistallarlo..questo tutte le volte che accendo il pc..

purtroppo è difficile dirlo così su due piedi.. i motivi potrebbero essere i più vari.. il supporto di snai sarebbe il supporto della casa produttrice di quel gioco/poker? perché se si, e nemmeno loro sanno risolvere, mi sa che è difficile intuirne la causa..
