Controllo Log (l'avast trova file sospetti ma nn li elimina)

Ciao a tutti,
ieri, facendo una scansione approfondita con l'avast (completamente aggiornato) mi ha trovato 178 file infetti (o sospetti) dicendo che erano file nascosti, tipo rootkit..

Fermorestando che non ci capisco molto, mi è venuto un colpo perché l'ultima volta che ho trovato un rootkit nel pc di un collega ho dovuto formattare tutto ..

Il mio pc va benissimo (per ora), non è + lento, sono protetta (o forse dovrei dire 'dovrei essere protetta') dall'avast e da spyboot costantemente, non visito siti "pericolosi", e uso il cleaner regolarmente..
L'avast, all'inizio dello scan, mi trova sti file dicendomi che sono pericolosi, io gli dico 'elimina', subito dopo si apre una finestra in cui mi dice 'avast ha rilevato un virus nella memoria operativa: prima che si attivi fare una scansione dei dischi al riavvio?', gli dico di si, lui riavvia tutto, fa il check dei dischi al riavvio e regolarmente (l'ho già fatto 2 volte) non trova nulla... Si riaccende, in modalità normale riavvio lo scan approfondito e mi dice le stesse cose ('trovati file infetti', 'virus nella memoria operativa, ecc')..

Ho fatto lo scan con hijack e questo è il log file ...
Se qualcuno di voi gentilmente trovasse il tempo di darci un'occhiata .. solo per capire se devo formattare (visto che ho su programmi anche molto complessi di disegno meccanico, ecc) ..

Da hijackthis non si vede niente.
riesci a salvare i nomi dei file infetti rilevati da avast?
Prova a fare una scansione con combofix e postare il suo log.

Combofix ha rimosso alcuni file, avast ne rileva ancora?
E sopratutto dove li rileva?

Ho rifatto la scansione con l'avast, che mi trova gli stessi identici files che trovava prima di usare combofix

non ho mai avuto problemi di questo tipo, quindi non so se ci sono altri modi per salvare il report dell'avast...
perciò ho fatto dei file immagini ...

comunque da quel poco che capisco io mi sembrano tutti file di sistema

le immagini sono di circa 190 KB l'una... le ho uppate su imageschack, se intasano o sono pesanti o altro, le levo ...
