all'apertura di outlook mi comparre il seguente messaggio in rosso:
runtime error
program c/programmi/microsoft office/office 10/outlook exe.
the applications has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
please contact the applications support team for more information.

poi faccio ok si chiude.
ho provato piu di una volta a disinstallarlo e reinstallarlo, a repristinarlo e robe varie ma senza successo. mi da sempre lo stesso errore

Hai dei prodotti della norton installati?
Ci sono molti casi simili al tuo e tutti o quasi parlano di problemi con il sw norton.

Please contact the applicant's support team for more information.' This doesn't prevent me using Outlook. If I click OK I can navigate the folders as usual, but it is a pain.
