urgente virus trojan

allora ciao a tutti e grazie in anticipo

ho win 98 se, con installato antivir ed aggiornato.
mi ha riconosciuto nella cartella system un virus o meglio un file in questo caso system.exe infetto da trojan horse TR/SysupFour
cosa posso fare oltre che cancellarlo????
