Pubblicità invadenti che non scompaiono

Gentili admin del forum,
seguo il vostro sito da anni, anche se mi sono appena iscritto poiché non riesco a risolvere un problema (ovviamente ho letto altre discussioni di questa sezione, senza ottenere la risposta che cercavo).
Da un paio di giorni, un mio amico mentre naviga riscontra l'apertura automatica di nuove schede di pubblicità su google chrome senza che lui clicchi su nessun adv. Abbiamo effettuato una pulizia con ccleaner, eliminato i cookies sia da explorer che chrome, fatto una scansione antivirus con avira, effettuato scansioni antispyware con Spyboat, Malwarebytes ed Hijackthis senza successo. Sembra che il cookie tracciante in questione sia clk.tradedoubler.com (non ne siamo però certi).
Sperando in un vostro aiuto tempestivo, riporto sotto i risultati della scansiona con Hijackthis.
