problema con software in VB 2010

salve, ho creato un software in visual basic che durante l'esecuzione, solo su XP (se seven e 8 non da errori) mi da quest'errore

qualcuno mi sa spiegare da cosa dipende??? mi stupisce il fatto che da errore solo su xp mentre su 7 e 8 va bene nonostante abbia installato su tutte e tre le macchine le librerie framework 4.
