problema driver e crash

dopo aver cambiato scheda video (Sapphire X9 270 con 2 GB) e installati i drivers aggiornati dal sito AMD ho dei crash di sistema che da quello che ho capito sono causati da NDIS.SYS, HAL.DLL e NOTOSKRNL.EXE... vi allego il file rilevato da WhoCrasced

mi rilancio da solo... dato che all'improvviso il pc è defunto!... mi spiego- stavo giocando quando lo schemo di è scomposto e spento. Ho riacceso e le ventole sono partite ma non come al solito ( di solito vanno a palla per poi scendere e parte il bip di riconoscimento della video) Adesso vanno regolari ma niente bip e niente bios. Spaventatissimo ho pensato che la MOBO ha stirato... fatto un clear mos e niente x 2 volte... poi ho provato a scollegare la RAM e la scheda ha emesso una serie di bip sincopati... quindi è la RAm ... ma come mai avevo fatto da poco un memtest 64 per ore senza un problema? ... comunque ho provato a collegare i banchi uno alla volta e solo 1 funziona e il pc parte (almeno mi pare...) Gli altri (ho 8GB su 4 banchi da 2 ) dovrei provarli meglio ma mi sembra che non vanno. Vi pare possibile? cosa ha danneggiato la RAM ? qualche lume mi aiuterebbe ... almeno moralmente!
