Chiarimenti su bit della memoria della scheda video

Ciao a tutti! Ho un grosso dilemma da risolvere. Non riesco a capire quale di queste 2 schede video sia la più performante:

La prima costa circa 10 euro in più della seconda, ha la ram DDR2 però non riesco a capire quanti bit supporti la ram. Per entrambe è specificato "memory interface: 128" però la prima ha memory bus 64 mentre nella seconda non è specificato...chi mi ILLUMINA?????
