Allora ho sistemato internet, e anche la scheda nvidia e a quanto pare tutto bene xò sbirciando nei log <b>Messages</b>, <b>Syslog</b> e <b>Debug</b> ho notato delle righe che nn mi piacciono tanto e le riporto a voi:

Allora
Debug: e' normale che ti dia quell'errore , ma comunque dovrebbe funzionare la connessione, e' un bug nel modulo del kernel relativo ai controller usb che viene corretto nei kernel >= 2.4.3 (se ricordo bene)

Messages: normale , significa proprio quello che c'e scritto


Syslog: Qui e' un po' piu' brutta, hai un scheda scsi? Ti funziona la scheda audio? Vai a vedere il file /etc/modules.conf e nota a che modulo
si riferisce l'alias snd-card-1 e snd-card-2 e snd-card-3 e sound-slot-1 ecc... Per i restanti credo siano bug

Si perfettamente, sento mp3 e tutti i suoni di KDE ho una scheda Soundblaster PCI 512.

Non trovo i riferimenti per il suono, questi li ho inseriti io per far funzionare la connessione, l'ultima riga l'ha inserita il driver di nvidia

Allora si vede che i tuoi driver per il suono non sono stati compilati come moduli e quando li va' a richiamare non li trova.. Comunque sono certamente sicuro che se passi al kernel 2.4.3 o superiori dovrebbero eliminare questi warning (piu' che bug), almeno leggendo in giro si mormora così, comunque se non ti da' problemi e' meglio non modificare nulla per non aver l'effetto contrario. Io ti consiglio di prenderci un po' mano e di passare all'ultimo kernel stabile dei 2.4 (meglio lasciar stare per ora il kernel 2.6)

Grazie Erik, per quanto riguarda il kernel x ora tengo questo, quando avrò + esperienza proverò a rikompilarne uno nuovo, ma x ora ho altri problemi da risolvere tipo questo:

che è attivato di default (nn l'ho messo io)

Girovagando x il web ho scoperto che x farlo funzionare bisogna inserire una riga nel <b>lilo.conf</b> e cioè <b>append="hdd=ide-scsi"</b> ovviamente rivista x la mia configurazione dell'IDE che nel mio caso è IDE secondario Slave, xò quando vado a dare il comando da shell <b>lilo -v</b> ecco kosa succede:

Mi legge anche il masterizzatore, credo che hai un problema con i moduli scsi o nn li hai caricati nel kernel di default, prova a caricarli, sempre se siano compilati.

Allora. ho risolto il problema dell'errore in <b>lilo.conf</b>, in pratica avevo messo l'append alla fine invece che metterla nella sezione del boot della Slack ed ora se faccio da shell <b>dmesg |grep -i scsi</b> ecco kosa mi appare:

A quanto pare funziona, riesco ad entrare nel cd ed anche ad espellerlo da shell, xò nn capisco perché dia quel messaggio d'errore e nn sò neake dove andare a controllare, dentro /sbin/ nn c'è un file di nome scsi_hostadapter, comunque proverò a masterizzare qualkosa, vediamo kosa succede....nel frattempo se hai qualche idea...è ben accetta

Ti correggo un errore x farti capire come funziona.
Se fai:

#/sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi_hostadapter

Non ti carica il file scsi_hostadapter presente nella cartella /sbin/ , poiche' nella cartella /sbin/ o /bin, c'e' la lista dei comandi che si possono utilizzare. Quindi facendo /sbin/modprobe significa che utilizzi il comando modprobe che serve per caricare i moduli compilati nel kernel. scsi_hostadapter e' un modulo. Se fai:

#cd /sbin/
#ls

la lista che ti compare sono tutti i comandi che puoi utilizzare nel sistema operativo, come lanciare un programma, caricare un modulo, monitorare la connessione ecc...
