come installo ARCGis 9.2 su Vista?

Help!!
se qualcuno può aiutarmi lo ringrazierò a vita. Devo installare l'arcgis 9.2 sul Vista, un incubo!
Il problema è yhe license manager..
e dopo l'installazione mi viene fuori una simpatica finestrella che dice:

Hai provato proprietà > compatibilità > XP (Service Pack 2) e abilita tutte le opzioni sotto ...

Inoltre controlla sul sito se c' è presente una versione nuova per wista
