non riesco nella procedura non ci capisco bene cosa fare comunque togliendo la spunta di file protetti mi da un avviso dicendomi se continuo il pc non potrebbe funzionare...boh io non so cosa fare mi potete aiutare cortesemente?

Nessun problema l'importante è non farsi prendere dal panico e reagire prontamente per affrontare la situazione nel miglior modo possibile.
Detto questo purtroppo dobbiamo andare per tentativi , non da ultimo provare a scambiare la presa del mouse USB e vedere se cambia qualcosa ... la soluzione più ovvia spesso l'abbiamo davanti agli occhi ...

Sul task manager cè la scheda processi e devi vedere le colonne CPU e Utilizzo Memoria

A parte il ROUTER tutte le altre le rimuoverei per alleggerire il browser che è Internet Explorer 6 (aggiornabile a 8)

Per rimuovere le righe in Hijackthis è semplice devi spuntare le caselle che ti ho evidenziate sopra tranne il router... e poi clicca su FIX

Per IExplorer ... solo 7 processi ? IExplorer è internet .. Explorer.exe è un processo di sistema ... e comunque sono troppi 7 processi .. a meno che tu non abbia aperto 7 volte Internet Explorer !!!

Quello che più mi preoccupa è notare dalla foto del tuo task manager un sacco di processi aventi come utente "x" ... credo ci sia qualche impostazione a livello di utente che andrà rimossa in quanto "X" non è un nome utente convenzionale nè tantomeno usato sotto windows xp-vista-seven.
Ti risulta tale utenza con questo nome ?
Altra cosa metti i processi in ordine di consumo di RAM (task manager clicca su "utilizzo memoria") cosi' vediamo bene quali processi eliminare e quali no ... eliminare un processo non serve a niente se non rimuoviamo anche il servizio legato a quel processo ... stessa cosa sempre per cortesia in ordine di Utente (task manager clicca su "utente") ... vediamo Mr X che cosa combina nel tuo pc ... sembra un'attività legata ad un Rootkit ...
Altra cortesia digita dal prompt del dos che trovi sotto la voce "start-esegui" msconfig e dai invio ... ti apparirà una maschera meglio nota come "utilità configurazione di sistema".
Vai alla scheda - Avvio ed elencami cortesemente TUTTI i programmi che partono in automatico quando accendi il pc.
Vai alla scheda - Processi e fai la stessa cosa ... ne riparliamo quando avrò la situazione chiara in merito al software presente sul tuo pc ... altra cosa ... non caricare troppi applicativi in memoria altrimenti è normale ed inevitabile un rallentamento del tuo pc ...

EXPLORER.EXE è il program manager di Windows o Windows Explorer . gestisce le coperture grafiche di Windows compreso il menu di inizio, taskbar, da tavolino ed il file manager. Rimuovendo questo processo l'interfaccia grafica per Windows sparirà. Questo programma è importante per il funzionamento stabile e sicuro del pc e non dovrebbe essere terminato.

explorer.exe è un processo che si occupa dell' interfaccia grafica e deve stare aperto.

Il desktop del tuo computer lo vedi grazie ad Explorer quindi la sua presenza tra i task è del tutto normale.

@ilmito credo che X sia proprio il nome utente in uso, il taskmanager di default mostra i processi lanciati sia da system ed alcuni servizi che dall'utente corrente
