installando un programma sul notebook si è automaticamente installato (non ha dato opzioni) installshield program updates;
ho disinstallato il programma ma program updates è rimasto e non riesco a disinstallarlo (non è presente in installazioni applicazioni).
sapete aiutarmi?

Non so se ho ben capito il tuo problema (sarà l'età) ma dovresti riuscire a rimuoverlo con questo
