problema avvio windows Vista

A seguito di una scansione all'avvio di Avast Free dove ho eliminato qualche virusino; ogni volta che accendo il pc mi si aprono tre finestre bianche con titolo Form 1. Mi potete aiutare o dare dlle spieegazioni?

In che percorso vengono segnalati questi "virusini"? Hai scelto l'opzione ripulisci oppure elimina?

Un bel log di HJT e una passatina di Malwarebytes per verificare se sono rimasti dei residui.

Il percorso non me lo ricordo però ho scelto l'opzione elimina. Mi sembra che si eliminassero schiacciando il tasto 2 o 3...
