pc completamente bloccato

ciao ragazzi, spero possiate aiutarmi ed anche rapidamente dato che sto scrivendo la tesi e ho bisogno del computer.
da ieri il mio pc dopo qualche minuto che l'ho acceso si blocca e nn mi da la possibilità di fare +niente. addirittura il mouse nn funziona più. ho provato a fare una scansione con antivir, sia in modalità normale che in modalità provvisoria, ma niente da fare. aprendo il task manager ho notato un processo che occupa un po' il pc: services.exe. ma anche questo, facendo una analisi su virustotal sembra nn essere un virus. come posso fare? vi posto il log hikackthis così magari potete aiutarmi. grazie mille ragazzi vi prego aiutatemi!!!

I blocchi possono essere dovuti a riscaldamento del processore o di qualche elemento hardware, apri il case e vedi se le ventole che si trovano all'interno funzionano o sono piene di polvere,fallo funzionare per un po con il case aperto se ti sembra che circoli aria calda dentro, altra causa potrebbe essere l'alimentatore che non eroga energia elettrica in modo corretto, se tutto va bene fai un test all'hdd, alle ram, invece se dopo aver fatto le verifiche hardware ti sembra tutto a posto, verifica se hai aggiornato di recente qualche software, oppure hai installato qualche software ch potrebbe provocare il blocco del pc.
dopo aver fatto ciò facci sapere.

ti ringrazio della risposta, ma stiamo parlando di un portatile e nn credo di poterlo aprire con tanta facilità e anche se lo facessi non saprei dove mettere le mani. il consiglio vale lo stesso?
ho fatto una pulizia con ccleaner e con ewido ma niente.
ho installato ultimamente il catia e photoshop ma sono andati bene per più di una settimana poi da un momento all'altro il blocco totale. ho noatato inoltre che la lucetta che indica che il computer sta lavorando (spero abbiate capito perché non so come si chiama) ora è sempre accesa a differenza dei giorni scorsi che era intermittente.

Se la spia è sempre accesa è facile che sia l'hdd che gira sempre, in questi casi può essere l'hard disk, allora fai in questo modo:scaricati il MegaLab cd, scegli dal bios di far partire prima il lettore cd/dvd, e fai un test dell'hdd, nel cd MegaLab ci sono diversi software allo scopo, oltre a questo, testa la memoria ram, troverai tutto nel suddetto cd, facci sapere, ciao
p.s. ma le prese di aria del portatile sono libere e pulite, altrimenti a portatile spento cerca di pulirle con compressore di aria compressa facendo attenzione che dall'aria che esce dal compressore non sia presente umidità.

allora ho deciso di formattare il computer per tagliare la testa al toro.
l'ho fatto con i dischi di ripristino ma secondo me qualcosa è andato storto perché uno dei 2 dischi (quelo di ripristino applicazioni) non me l'ha proprio chiesto e soprattutto già sto avendo i primi problemi.
ora voglio riformattare però da un disco di xp. mi dite poi come faccio a reistallare tutti i driver del portatile e soprattutto da dove li prendo? ho un sony vaio vgn-fe21b

vi aggiorno un po' sulla situazione critica del mio portatile sperando che qualcuno la prenda a cuore e mi aiuti.
ieri sera mi si è bloccato 2 volte e ha fatto un beep prolungato alché ho staccato l'alimentazione. mi hanno detto che potrebbe essere la ventola e la temperatura del processore allora ho scaricato notebook hardware control che mi dice:
CPU Clock:1662 MHz
CPU Load: 50%
CPU Voltage: 1.2625V (10x)
CPU Temp: 63°
HD Temp: 40°
qualcuno sa dirmi se i valori vanno bene o devo provvedere alla sostituzione di qualcosa?

Scusa, ma potresti essere più chiaro? cioè, quando accendi il pc ti esce la schermata nera durante la fase di post con scritto la versione del bios ecc..ecc..? poi nella fase di caricamento del sistema operativo non ti esce il logo di windows e quindi emette un beep lungo o corto, perché in base a ciò si può risalire al problema che in questi casi è hardware, infatti in base ai beep e alla loro durata si può stabilire cosa non va, il portatile quanti anni ha, e poi ti consiglio di nuovo di scaricarti il MegaLab cd dove puoi trovare tutto ciò che hai bisogno per testare l'hardware, perché se i beep sono riferiti alle memorie ram può darsi che il problema siano le memorie, per questo se ti scarichi il MegaLab cd ti fai il test delle ram, e dell'hdd. facci sapere.
