E' da qualche giorno che mi si aprono in continuazione finestre pubblicitarie di explorer e mozilla vi posto le scansioni che ho fatto con kaspersky on line, avir antivirus free e hijackthis spero possiate aiutarmi grazie

Togli il segno di spunta dalla voce Scan for Rootkits
Premi il pulsante Execute
Rispondi di Si alle due richieste di Avenger
Adesso il tuo computer dovrebbe riavviarsi, nel caso non succedesse, riavvialo tu manualmente
Al riavvio del computer, copia e incolla qui il contenuto del blocco note che apparirà.

Se ti da un errore di script errato, prova a riscrivere manualmente la prima riga (Files to delete:) ricordando i due punti.

Rifai la scansione con hijackthis, selezioni la casella di questa riga e premi fix checked per elilminarla.

Grazie mille per adesso sembra che il problema sia risolto finestre non se ne aprono più siete fantastici come sempre. Visto la tua disponibilità volevo chiederti una cosa in quanto mi sembra che il pc sia molto rallentato dopo l'installazione di Ad-aware free anniversary edition con la protezione in tempo reale attiva può essere quello il problema? Secondo te il programma è valido ed è il caso che lo tenga in funzione?

Volevo solo confermarti che ho fatto nuovamente una scansione con kaspersky on line e non ha più trovato niente. Allora seguo il tuo consiglio e disinstallo ad aware e continuo ad andare avanti con malwarebyte e superantispyware. Adesso devo anche disinstallare windows live o sono a pasto così? Tra l'altro non mi ricordo di aver installato messenger skinner ma mi sembra di aver solo aggiornato messenger.

Va bene così. Messenger Skinner non è che un veicolo per l'infezione, ma anche altri software portano il trojan nei computer.
