Utilizzo spropositato della cpu

Salve,

è da un po' di tempo che ho un problemino molto ma molto fastidioso. Parlo del fatto che ogni tanto un processo casuale (che può essere un programma o un servizio di xp) occupa deliberatamente la cpu al 80 - 90%. Questo comporta quindi un rallentamento generale del pc, lasciando comunque la ram in quantità normale.

da oggi però inspiegabilmente il processo di Avira "avguard.exe" occupa tra l'80 e 90% della cpu, non so proprio cosa fare, ho fatto una scansione con Avira e Spybot entrambi aggiornati ma nulla. A questo punto, sarà un virus, un programma o cos' altro?

Iniziamo ad assicurarci che non sia un malware:

Scarica HijackThis
Salvalo in una cartella (non aprirlo direttamente, sennò non farà i backup!)
Apri l'eseguibile
Clicca quindi su "Do a System Scan and Save a Logfile"
Attendi che finisca la scansione
Posta sul forum il risultato facendo attenzione a queste regole.

Poi dai una letta a questo articolo.
