ciao a tutti ho un problema con il mio portatile che monta windows xp...

1. la cpu va subito al 100% anche se non lavoro
2. la ventola gira sempre anche se non ci sono programmi in esecuzione
3. cosa più grave la tastiera non funziona, ma riprende ad andare regolarmente soltanto se avvio un'applicazione, ad esempio giocando a Pes va, mentre utilizzando autocad o word no.

in questo momento:

ciclo idle del sistema 70
system 20
e il resto tutto meno...

spesso è explorer che arriva a 100 anche se non sto facendo niente

Nell'attesa che qualche moderatore ti sposti nella sezione appropriata, io sospetterei un malware:

Scarica HiJackThis
Salvalo in una cartella (non aprirlo direttamente, sennò non farà i backup!)
Apri l'eseguibile
Clicca quindi su "Do a System Scan and Save a Logfile"
Attendi che finisca la scansione
Quindi copia il contenuto del blocco note qui sul forum.

per quel concerne questo post (poi però ho letto che c'è stato il format, senza successo) vorrei solo sottolineare che il "ciclo idle" è la cpu che riposa.........che il system è normale che lavori..........quanto ad "explorer" bisognava sapere QUALE explorer.........normalmente NON è INTERNET EXPLORER ma semplicemente l'explorer.exe ossia quella funzione che Vi permette (Voi che insistete a usare win) di navigare nelle cartelle, nei files, ecc ecc.........per cui se mi arriva ad occupare il 100% della memoria i casi son 2: o sto aprendo un file "GROSSO" oppure ho la cpu che sbacchetta (ventola che nn gira, ram malfunzionante, ecc ecc). Ecco, se poi nemmeno un format ha risolto..........posso solo aggiungere che quel format NON era necessario !! Peccato !!

Se neanche il format ha dato risultati, prova a controllare la ventola del processore, la polvere e quant'altro
