Esplora Risorse occasionalmente va in Crash

ciao a tutti, premetto che il pc è stato scansionato da antivirus e maleware il mio problema è questo:
occasionalmente quando cerco di aprire un file(anche semplice.txt) o click dx sul file, o apro una cartella di qualsiasi tipo il pc non risponde e se mi va bene mi visualizza un finestra grigia senza nessuna icona

il problema si risolve riavviando

pensando fosse un problema di explorer.exe, da linea di comando ho fatto sfc /scannow, la procedura viene eseguita fino alla fine senza richiedermi nessun cd/dvd, ma andando ad aprire il visualizzatore eventi trovo questi errori

se quando esplora risorse ti va in crash ti viene scritto: si è verificato un errore in esplora risorse, l'applicazione verrà chiusa... invia l'errore a microsoft(quando ti dà la segnalazione d'errore c'è scritto: invia errore), magari ti dà qualche risposta in più...

posso chiederti con che software antivirus hai scansionato il tuo sistema? (anche se può darsi che non sia un virus)

prima che formattarsi 6 mesi fa mi succedeva che esplora risorse andasse in crash quasi ogni giorno(a quel tempo però non sapevo andare nel visualizzatore eventi, quindi non so dirti se la causa era la stessa), da quando ho formattato (e cambiato antivirus) non mi è più successo...

iniziamo comunque col vedere cosa ti dice la microsoft...

Sarebbe Winzozzo ??? In effetti ....

L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che l'antivirus possa essere stato infettato, a me è successo ç__ç .

Per scansionare e ripulire il sistema con AVG mi ci vollero 40 ore, quasi BEN due giorni .

E inutile:per quanto abbia cercato in internet non ho trovato nessuna soluzione al problema... la microsoft non ti dice niente?

Se la causa è un malware,allora dovresti postare un log hijackthis... fai una scansione con la versione di prova di kaspersky

Se la causa è un malware,allora dovresti postare un log hijackthis...

O puoi provare anche con il Malware Removal Toolkit della Microzozz , se è uno di quelli (ci vuole fortuna) dovresti riuscire a toglierlo .

Premettendo che non sono capace ad analizzare un log di hijackthis, prova come ti ho scritto a installare la trial di kaspersky, tanto puoi rimettere poi il tuo antivirus se vuoi,no?Ricordati di dirci cosa trova kasperky... rimango in attesa di una tua risposta

allora il problema si è risolto, ho fatto cosi:

1)una bella scansione con superantispyware aggiornato
2) un bella scansione con AntiVir Classic aggiornato
3)una scansione con windows defender aggiornato
4)ho eseguito chkdisk su entrambe le partizione dell' hd
5)start -> esegui -> sfc /scannow

il problema è sparito
