Avvio Lento cosa togliere?

Riporto qui il log che hjackthis mi a dato e non so se tutto è utile o se si puo omettere qualcosa spero di si...perché è diventato piuttosto lento il pc...è ilmio portatile acer tenete conto che oltre ai programi che ho installato io ci sono tutte le utility di acer empowering che mi danno loro..però il pc è veramente lento...
non so se un core2duo centrino a 2ghz è cosi tanto piu potente di un vecchio p4 a 3.ghz....tutta sta differenza non la vedo....

Ho tolto tutto quello che mi avete detto di fare..ma il pc risulta piuttosto lento all avvio di windows, non so piu che pesci prendere...il portatile è l'aspire 9425 con 2gb di ram e il centrino 2 duo a 2ghz...dovrebbe essere una scheggia...ma cosi non è dunque? dove posso mettere lemaini, ah volevochiedere ... ma puo essere l'influenza di vista installato sull altra partizione che mi blocca cosi tanto il boot di xp? o sono tuti gli updates che si è fatto da slo che lo hanno caricato talmente tanto che non va piu nulla o è normale cosi dato che il disco è un 5400rpm sata ma di velocità piu bassa rispetto a quello di un fisso?

Ma è lo stesso di hijackthis solo che non cosi dttaglaito...non so piu ocsa togliere..ho paura che sonotutti gli apdates che si è scaricato...ho dato un occhio anche nella MFT se ci sono problemi di allocazione ma nulla...solo hce quando lo avvii il pc resta un buon minuto inattivo senza poter essere usato è come se fosse in coma e continua a caricare...
