non ho aggiornato i driver perché non sono capace, e oggi si è riavviato di nuovo... ho inviato per la quarta volta l'errore a microsoft , e mi ha dato la seguente risposta

che faccio?questa risposta me l'ha data la prima volta che ho inviato l'errore, da lì la risposta è sempre cambiata, anche se l'errore era lo stesso...
