Riavvio improvviso del sistema

Buona sera a tutti,spero di stare scrivendo nella sezione giusta... è da circa inizio maggio , che ogni tanto, si riavvia il computer di colpo, al riavvio mi dice sempre che è causato dallo stesso errore, ovvero

succede solo ogni tanto (ogni 2 settimane circa), ma alla lunga stressa... mi potreste aiutare?

una bella deframmentazione, accompagnata da una passata di antivirus, con una bella spolveratina di scansione

Grazie per la risposta... no, non so cosa c'è in quella cartella,ma questa cosa succede da quando ho formattato... avevo inviato già 3 volte l'errore a microsoft(sempre lo stesso), ma mi hanno dato tutte e tre le volte, risposte diverse... adesso provo a fare una deframmentazione, scansione con antivirus e scandisk...

Quei due file non aiutano, sono difficilmente leggibili.
Guarda nel visualizzatore eventi se trovi qualcosa di più chiaro riguardo l'errore che fa riavviare il pc.

che cosa ne devo dedurre?

controllando sempre sul controllore eventi, ho trovato un errore che c'è sempre all'avvio di windows, riguardante l'antivirus dice:

Ho provato Pctools antivirus negli ultimi giorni, mai ricevuto un aggiornamento.
Cambialo.

L'errore sembrerebbe essere dovuto ad un driver, anche se non si capisce da quale.
Prova a fare un aggiornamento generale di tutti i driver del tuo pc.

Ok, lo cambio.. installo la trial di kaspersky, e se si trovano bene, cerco di convincere i miei a comprarlo... nel caso non volessero, oltre ad antivir pe, che mi hai consigliato, che antispyware e firewall posso mettere?

Non sono capace ad aggiornare i driver, anche se un sospetto di quale driver causa l'errore c'è l'avrei... avevo installato e disinstallato Pctools firewall plus, e durante l'installazione mi diceva che i driver potevano non essere compatibili... come faccio a toglierlo del tutto?Ho già tolto quello che il firewall aveva installato nelle connessioni e non aveva disinstallato, ma per il driver non so...
