File Htpatch

Salve!!
Tempo fa grazie al vostro aiuto sono riuscito a rimuovere Instant access.
Oggi a distanza di qualche tempo, ho l'impressione che le cose si siano nuovamente guastate. Nella cartella di Windows ho ritrovato un file che se nn sbaglio è legato ad Instant Access, ovvero "Htpatch".
Ricordo male io, oppure ho ragione ??? Nn è che per caso Instant access ci ha rimesso lo zampino ???

Altra cosa importante: ho scaricato hijackthis e lo fatto partire. Al termine mi ha dato il logfile. Per sicurezza ve lo mostro:

probabilmente ti confondevi, perché istantaccess prende i file in esecuzione automatica (come questo) e li sostituisce con il dialer, che comunque mantiene lo stesso nome del file originale

Scusate l'insistenza quindi htpatch in parole povere (scusate anche l'ignoranza) è normale che sia li dove è, cioè fa parte di Windows ?????

p.s per essere sicuri...l'icona di questo "htpatch" mi si presenta come un Codice A Barre con dei numerini in basso !!!
Ve lo dico giusto per essere sicuro che stiamo parlando dello stesso file!!

Non ho idea di come sia fatta l'icona, se vuoi toglierti qualsiasi dubbio sul file, caricalo sul sito www.virustotal.com e fallo analizzare da loro.

Da quello che posso capire solo per due antivirus htpatch risulta dannoso (scusa sempre l'ignoranza). Oppure ho capito male.
