Conoscete CMS gratuiti per forum che non sia phpBB (è un ottimo cms ma sto cercando qualcosa di alternativo)

ma vuoi un CMS o un forum?

un CMS serve per creare un portale (in pratica il sito) (Joomla, MKportal, PHP-Nuke, ecc...)
un forum... è un forum (phpBB, MyBB, SMF, vBullettin, Invision, ecc...)

Se ti serve un forum il mio consiglio è senza allcuna ombra di dubbio Simple Machine Forum (SMF) ... gratuito, potentissimo (un numero altissimo di funzioni) e ben fatto ritengo possa competere senza problemi con i più blasonati pacchetti commerciali come vBullettin e Invision

se invece te ne serve uno con poche funzioni direi che punBB è il migliore in assoluto (caldamente consigliato anche dal nostro caro Boo il che è tutto dire )

Sto provando mybb da 3 giorni, è veramente stupenda. Comunque seguirò il tuo consiglio e proverò in locale SMF. Grazie

sembra interessante ma ho visto che è in perl ..... non dovrebbero essere richiesti requisiti aggiuntivi per farlo girare rispetto al canonico supporto a php da parte del server?

Questi sono i requisiti di sistema per E-Blah:

System Requirements

Although E-Blah should work on nearly any server system, this page is for those that are having problems installing E-Blah and are wondering if it could be because of insufficiant system requirements (which is rarely the case). If you are uploading the script via FTP, we recommend using SmartFTP on Windows as your client. It's free, and by far the easiest client to use (with more features than most).

* Web Space: 2 MB required, more than 5 is highly recommended (as when forums grow, more space is needed)
* Modules: CGI.pm (installed by default on most servers)
* Perl: Perl 5 or higher (most servers have this)


* E-Mail (not required, but highly recommended)
1. SMTP (mostly Windows servers, Authen-SASL required for Authentication - if your server requires authentication)
2. Sendmail (mostly Unix servers)

* Supported Operating Systems
1. Windows 2000/XP (95/98/ME not recommended for production server, however, they are supported)
2. Linux (basically any *nix server)

* Supported Servers
1. OmniHTTPd (http://www.omnicron.ca)
