Processi di avvio.Posso eliminarli?

Ciao vorrei sapere se posso aliminare qualche porcesso di questi che si vedono nello screenshot sotto,ho cercato pr internet ma non ho trovato molte info.

Se non usi lingue orientali in office, i 4 centrali li puoi eliminare senza troppi problemi.
