sul sito del supporto tecnico ho trovato questo:chi mi può aiutare??
il problema era uguale al mio, dove non si riusciva a decomprimere un file dopo l'update.
Hello,
I successfully installed 3.11h off the CD. Then I attempted to update the software to 3.19 and 3.19e, but everytime I did a LiveUpdate, I would get the following error:
"Unable to decompress a file. An internall error occurred. Contact technical support."
I don't know why I kept getting this, but I figured out a solution that worked, at least for me. I'm posting it in the case that other users may be able to solve the problem.
1. Run LiveUpdate and download the files.
2. After it doesn't install, shut down the program, and start it up again. When it asks you to install again, cancel.
3. Open a command prompt.
4. Navigate to the following folder in the command prompt: "c:\program files\mobile phoneTools\"
5. Run the following command: LiveUpdateLauncher.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\all Users\application Data\bvRP Software\mobile PhoneTools\liveUpdate\ListOfUpdate.dat"
This should run the LiveUpdateLauncher, passing in the location of the update file as a parameter.
Why does it fail out? My 0.02 would be that the program has problems with all the spaces in the folder names. I've seen programs fail for things like that before.
What does that mean? BAD QA TESTING! Come on guys, please subject your programs to better QA!!!!!! I know Bluetooth is a complicated and fairly new technology, but installation programs have been around forever!!!!!!!
Good luck to all! Once you get this software up and running, it's pretty amazing.
