Con avast non riesco a togliere questi virus, allego immagini, cosa posso fare? Grazie

Aggiornalo e fai una scansione completa... poi posta qui il log.
P.S: Puoi postare i log di avast? non riesco a capire molto dall'immagine..

L'ho già fatta la scansione con MBAM non ha trovato nulla.

rifai la scansione e alla fine digli di rimuovere quello che ha trovato.
F:\ è una chiavetta usb?

F: è un disco esterno. perché esce la scritta di Avast "non posso processare il file"?

Le foto sono illeggibili.
Ricollega il disco esterno e lascia fare tutto a malwarebytes.
Ma hai ancora avast 4?
