The mouse cursor is supposed to disappear when you click inside the VM window when the BIOS message is displayed. When you click inside the VM window the mouse and keyboard input devices are "captured". If there is no mouse driver showing a pointer in the software running in the VM then no mouse pointer will be shown. The BIOS does not have a mouse driver and doesn't show a pointer. If you are going through the install process for some guest OS, e.g. Windows or Linux, then at some point the installer will load a mouse driver and the cursor will appear and behave as expected. Press the Ctrl and Alt keys together and release them to uncapture the input and restore normal keyboard and mouse operation to the host.

There is NO Logitech mouse in the guest, a fairly basic mouse is emulated, no matter what you have on the host. Driver software for host devices generally should not be installed in the guest. Conflicts are generally not experienced

Io ho inserito il cd di xp e alla prima schermata

Quì mi sono arreso....premevo invio ma non rispondeva.....
