Il fenomeno sembra molto diffuso se vai su google e inserisci akamaitechnologies vengono fuori un mucchio di risposte. Non ho letto tutto ma sembra uno spam/spyware e quindi da eliminare.
Scaricati Hijackthis e controlla con quello tutte le voci che trovi riferite a quel nome le elimini, cerca anche nel registro cosa trovi sempre con quel nome, e se hai Xp o 2000 nel file hosts se hai indirizzi strani li elimini e imposti il file in solo lettura.
