Richard Stallman attacca Apple e Snow Leopard - Commenti

In occasione del rilascio di Mac OS X 10.6 da parte di Cupertino, Richard Stallman, presidente di Free Software Foundation, attacca il nuovo sistema operativo sviluppato da Apple. Richard ha retificato il suo articolo: http://www.fsf.org/blogs/rms/mac-osx-mistakes-and-malfeatures : " have said in speeches that Apple could forcibly impose software
changes in Mac OS X, just as Microsoft can with Windows. I heard this
in the Mac community, but there is no published information that
confirms it, and I now believe that I was misinformed. There is no
evidence that Apple has installed software changes without the user's
permission."
Magari sarebbe il caso di aggiornare anche questo articolo.

Sempre quella è l'idea di fondo.. "Il software è proprietario, l'utente non sa cosa succede all'interno, bla bla bla.." che non ci fossero prove scritte aperte al pubblico, RMS lo sapeva già e l'aveva già scritto nel post originale..

Che poi Stallman volesse specificare che Apple lo può fare "just as Microsoft can with Windows", perché probabilmente si è accordo di esserci andato giù troppo pesante/qualcuno gli ha mandato a casa un proiettile a forma di mela mordicchiata, non cambia nulla.. IMHO, non c'è bisogno di aggiornare la news... ;-)
