..è da un po di giorni che alla chiusura d windows mi compare una schermata blu con il messaggio:Kernel APC_during exit" dicendomi di controllare che il nuovo hardware o software installato correttamente.L'ultimo programa che ho installato è un gioco ma sarà stato minimo 3 settimane fa.. ....non so ..consigli??..Grazie in anticipo x le eventuali risposte

Tutto può essere. Controlla nel visualizzatore eventi di sistema per vedere di che genere di errore si tratta. In ultima analisi prova a disinstallare il gioco e ad usare il pc normalmente per vedere cosa succede. A me questa situazione si è creata con un programma di grafica, tempo fà. E si trattava di un programma strausato da anni senza problemi.

Sarebbe più interessante che ci fosse un riferimento ad un file particolare, magari un qualche driver da aggiornare (X paolo: hai fatto l'aggiornamento dei driver del tuo pc?)

Scusate se vi rispondo adesso solo che il problema mi si è riverificato solo l'altro ieri e ho colto l'occasione x copiare il messaggio d'errore che vi scrivo:

Giunto a questo punto anche spegnendo il tasto di accensione del computer(che si spegne), rimane la scritta e quindi è necessaria un violento spegnimento della ciabatta x l'energia elettrica.Potrebbe trattarsi di un virus??.. ..non so se avete risposte grazie in anticipo ...

Probabile, ma prima fai un controllo preliminare con Windows debugger o Whocrashed, così almeno si vede l'origine del conflitto. In questo modo si cerca di restringere il campo di ricerca

problema a parte, per lo spegnimento del pc in caso di freeze è meglio usare la funzione di spegnimento forzato dell'alimentatore che si ottiene tenendo premuto per più di 5 secondi l'interruttore di accensione del computer

Beh.. Intallarlo... ed usarlo!!
A parte gli scherzi, per il windows debugger devi fare così: al suo avvio vai in file->open crashdump; da qui ti porti in C:\Windows\minidump e apri i file/files presenti. Dopo aver caricato i simboli fai click sulla voce analyse -v e poi posti il log generato

per quanto riguarda i crash, prova a disabilitare il firewall per un po' di tempo, e verifica se si presentano nuovi crash di sistema. Nel caso dovessero generarsene altri passiamo ad una verifica con combofix
